Formation’s goal

• Be trained in teaching yoga for children from 3 years old to adolescence and in the realization of classes or workshops, in private sessions or in groups, for the practice of yoga in family.
• This training will allow you to develop your creativity by setting up fun classes and awakening the child in you!
• Yoga for children helps to promote digestion and sleep but also to identify and manage emotions and evils.

What is the Karma Chocolate Yoga Method?

• The Karma Chocolate Yoga method allows the child to flourish while respecting his rhythm.
• In the larger, the method helps build confidence and feel more comfortable in the body through breathing and visualization exercises.

CERTIFICATION

The outcome of the training is I ask the students to carry out a personal work consisting of giving 6 yoga lessons to put into practice, the elements learned in class.
The student will have to fill in documents that I send him by e-mail at the end of the training. then it allows to obtain the teaching certificate of the studied yoga method.
